Writing field files in accordance with the instructions of the Israel Police. The field file for the facility, along with the security protocol, constitute a basic reference material for the recognition and control of a secure facility, for the force responsible for security and for the auxiliary forces that come to perform emergency and rescue operations at the facility. The purpose of the procedure

• A means to help plan a security plan for the facility.
• A means that helps complete data transfer between those responsible for security in a secure facility.
• Defining all the required data in a technical, professional and uniform language.
