Security Managers Course Ramashim Course

The essence and purpose of the course: As part of his job, the director of defense must plan, manage and command security systems (routinely and in emergency events) and carry out supervision and control operations in order to maintain a security environment that will allow continued operation under terrorist incidents and multiple casualties. A security manager course prepares for the very "broad" and "deep" role of a security manager in an institution / organization / facility, who is routinely and emergencyly responsible for the security of the facility - its occupants and those at its gates.

The course also deals with the assessment of risks and their management at the range in addition to studying and implementing an investigation on a weapon safety incident. At the end of the course, the trainee will leave equipped with a rich toolbox from the worlds of training such as: "consequential thinking"

The shooting and combat instructors course at Corpus College is one of our flagship courses. The course prepares and trains the trainee to become a shooting and combat instructor in the State of Israel. The course is delivered by a "senior shooting instructor" with 44 years of operational and training experience. At Corpus College, the concept of security is based on a front-line methodology learned in the IDF (the (national) special unit for combating terrorism, and secures airports and airplanes, and all this in addition to a very high level of safety. A threshold condition for admission to the course is holders of a range inspector's license (over a year). Fighters/security guards in the unit State Security (those who have a command course,/an instructional position or 3 years of seniority. A gun instructor in the IDF and 3 years have not yet passed since his release. Call us and check your candidacy. The length of the course is 182 hours of training and training according to the instructions of the Ministry of Internal Security

The course lasts 3 full days. The studies take place in classrooms in the college's training facilities. The purpose of the course is to provide the call center operator with tools and knowledge to function under pressure. The operating concept for the Corpus Academy is based on the knowledge that the number 1 enemy of the security system is: "routine". The element of surprise will always be in the hands of the opponent. Thus complex events can occur surprisingly. In these events, you need a control center that will send reports and a situational picture to all the parties that take part in the management of the event. The transfer of data should be based on reliable and accurate information as much as possible, and all this under pressure arising from the care and responsibility of the sender of the message. That is, the call center operator.

An emergency situation is a situation in which there is an immediate danger to an individual, to the whole, to an organization and/or to a facility. The origin of an emergency situation is usually an external factor, which takes place with great force without the system having the ability to prevent its occurrence. An emergency situation is created by an event that causes a disruption in the routine by a threat that endangers life and/or damages property. This situation can throw off balance (physical and/or mental) and cause disruptions and functional difficulties. As a result, the organization's activity is affected and the organization cannot meet its routine tasks.

Reporter: Shalom Oz Uziel - senior shooting instructor No. 10 Center, trainer and instructor in the course of shooting instructors directed by the Ministry of Defense and Security At the beginning of the article I would like to point out that security was not included in the six days of Berea and therefore it is possible to learn about its relatively low importance on the scale of importance, at the same time security has developed a lot in the last 40 years, especially in the State of Israel, which is frequently threatened by terrorist incidents

The fact that a person holds a gun with a license does not necessarily contribute to increasing his safety, the safety of his family and those around him. In many cases, due to lack of knowledge and skill in the operation of the weapon, the opposite is true, many accidents occurred due to lack of knowledge, caution, lack of awareness and incorrect use of weapons intended for carrying, self-defense and security purposes.

Shelter Review - Civil Defense At the end of the Second Lebanon War, it became clear that the readiness of the protected areas in the home front was lacking. For about a month, a third of the country's residents were forced to stay in shelters, most of the time. While the public shelters were ready for an emergency and could be inhabited immediately, the private shelters in condominiums, factories, office buildings, were not ready and were loaded with equipment of the occupants of the house and offices

Emergency Response and Action Plan - The need and solution from familiarity with emergency incidents indicates that in many cases emergency preparedness is insufficient. We find that in many cases during the planning and construction of the buildings, there was disregard and / or lack of knowledge regarding possible faults. Also, there were no emergency response procedures. Elsewhere, when we find that there has been an initiative of writing response and action procedures, most often these cases have been found lying on the shelf and raising dust. Alongside the initial and immediate response to threats to workers and visitors to the facility

The preparation of organizations and institutions for fire incidents is a necessary element in assessments for dealing with emergency situations. Corpus College provides surveys for fire risks, field cases according to the requirements of the fire services and training and control of drills. The expected damage of this type of event will include many possibilities of injury to life and property, and therefore in preparing for response and action in an emergency situation, we combine firefighting training for the emergency teams in order to prevent and deal with these events to save human life and minimize damage as much as possible.
